Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with ePower Gaming Van. By booking a party or event, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking & Deposit

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot. This will be deducted from your total balance, which is due on the day of the event. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is received.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel your event for any reason, your £50 deposit is retained. However, if you provide at least 7 days’ notice, we will do our best to reschedule your booking to another available date.

4. Setup Requirements

• Access to any standard household power socket is sufficient. We provide a long extension cable.
• We’ll arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up.
• Please ensure parking space is available for a long-wheelbase van.

5. Supervision & Safety

• Our staff will remain on-site to supervise and host the gaming session. All staff are DBS checked.
• Parents or guardians must remain nearby if children are under 12 years old.

6. Liability

We take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. ePower Gaming Van is fully insured for public liability and events. However, we are not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
